This project focuses on driving predictable, scalable revenue for direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands through paid advertising. By aligning data-driven media buying with conversion-focused creative strategies, I build customer acquisition engines on Meta and Google that consistently lower ad costs and increase store profitability.

Project Overview As the E-commerce Growth & Performance Manager for Class and Calm Lifestyle, I directed the content design and messaging architecture for a premium digital gift card collection on our wellness Shopify platform. The goal was to build high-converting, visually striking digital assets that align with premium wellness branding and drive direct gift purchases through the storefront.Β The Creative & Copy Strategy To maximize emotional resonance while maintaining strict brand consistency, I established a clear visual hierarchy across all asset variants Editorial Typography & Tone: I paired an elegant, high-contrast serif typeface for primary hooks (like "The Luxury of Peace" and "Serenity Bundle") with warm, high-end lifestyle imagery to trigger an aspirational sense of self-care Instant Value Clarity: To ensure immediate transparency for customers skimming the store, I implemented a high-contrast gold laurel-wreath badge system highlighting the exact monetary denominations ($25, $50, $200) across all variants ( Targeted Microcopy: Sub-text hooks were tailored to gifting psychology, using direct phrasing like "Give the gift of deep relaxation" and "A thoughtful way to say, 'You deserve a break'" to lower purchase friction.

As the Performance Marketing Executive at PurpleStone Mall, I directed the creative strategy, structured the layout anatomy, and wrote the conversion copy for a multi-asset social media campaign targeting Adidas footwear enthusiasts. Instead of treating each ad as a standalone graphic, I engineered a scalable visual framework designed to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and streamline production pipelines. I mapped out the complete layout and copy architecture before handing it off to a graphic designer for final asset execution.Β The Design & Copy Strategy To achieve maximum scroll-stopping effectiveness on fast-paced mobile feeds, I developed a strict visual hierarchy across the entire asset line Asymmetric Color Blocking: I utilized a high-contrast, dual-color vector background (deep purple and vibrant orange) slicing diagonally across the canvas. This creates immediate visual friction against typical white or dark-mode social feeds, capturing user attention within the first 0.5 seconds. Isolated Product Silhouettes: I directed the designer to position the footwear centrally, clean-cut, and overlapping the color boundaries. This creates a 3D "pop" effect, ensuring the product remains the undisputed hero of the ad. Messaging Clarity & High-Contrast Typography: I structured the copy layout using a heavy, clean sans-serif typeface for the brand and exact product model codes (e.g., Adidas Adilette 22 β HP6516 in β image_4.pngβ ). Displaying specific inventory codes targets high-intent buyers looking for exact variants, eliminating friction in the discovery phase. The Conversion Anchor (Visual Eye-Tracking): E-commerce audiences drop off rapidly when pricing is hidden. I placed a high-contrast blue "Price" notification bubble directly beneath the product silhouette, pointing straight down to the pricing in bold orange text. This creates a seamless, intuitive eye-tracking flow: Product \rightarrow Identity \rightarrow Price \rightarrow Call to Action. Low-Barrier Micro-Copy: The subtle placement of "...Just a click away!" at the bottom-left lowers psychological resistance, while the clean URL placement at the bottom-right anchors brand authority and trust. *The Results & Performance Impact* This repeatable design system allowed us to rapidly scale creative production for new inventory arrivals without losing brand consistency or ad performance. By combining data-backed layout architecture with clear conversion copy, this framework directly supported our scaling efforts across Facebook and Instagram ad channelsβcontributing to an overall 200% engagement growth across our active digital funnels.
