A short scenario-based digital learning experience designed to make workplace behaviour easier to recognise, discuss, and act on.
The demo follows a seemingly ordinary workplace interaction where a friendly invitation becomes uncomfortable when a colleague continues after a polite refusal. Instead of simply presenting a policy or definition, the learner is invited to pause, reflect, and consider the situation from the other person's perspective.
The experience demonstrates NARRVO's approach to workplace learning:
Real situation → Reflection → Learner decision → Learning insight → Practical takeaway
The key learning moment focuses on the difference between intent and impact, helping learners understand that behaviour can become unwelcome even when it is intended as friendly.
Designed as a short, engaging learning experience using animated storytelling, interaction, visual learning cues, and concise instructional design.
NARRVO — Real situations. Better conversations. Safer workplaces.
