POSH Digital Learning Demo — Scenario-Based Learning A short scenario-based digital learning experience designed to make workplace behaviour easier to recognise, discuss, and act on. The demo follows a seemingly ordinary workplace interaction where a friendly invitation becomes uncomfortable when a colleague continues after a polite refusal. Instead of simply presenting a policy or definition, the learner is invited to pause, reflect, and consider the situation from the other person's perspective. The experience demonstrates NARRVO's approach to workplace learning: Real situation → Reflection → Learner decision → Learning insight → Practical takeaway The key learning moment focuses on the difference between intent and impact, helping learners understand that behaviour can become unwelcome even when it is intended as friendly.
