MC Displays is a UK-based retail display company specializing in mannequins, retail displays, mannequin hire, renovation and shop fitting solutions. ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ž The existing website needed a clearer structure and better user experience. Beyond the redesign, the business also needed custom booking systems for its renovation and mannequin hire services without adding expensive third-party apps. ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ˆ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ I redesigned and developed the Shopify website using custom Liquid sections based on a custom demo design i made which was approved by the client. I then built two custom systems around the client's workflow: ๐‘๐ž๐ง๐จ๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ (Custom booking functionality tailored to their renovation service). ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐ง๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ง ๐‡๐ข๐ซ๐ž ๐’๐ฒ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ (Custom hire functionality allowing customers to book mannequin products directly through the website). ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐€๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (Automated repetitive tasks to reduce manual work and simplify booking and enquiry management). ๐Ž๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ (Continued monthly development, troubleshooting, improvements and technical support). ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฌ +35% Product Sales ยฃ1,500+ App Costs Saved Reduced Manual Work Ongoing Client Partnership What started as a Shopify redesign grew into multiple development projects and an ongoing monthly relationship with the website continuing to evolve around the client's business needs.

Cella Test โ€“ Custom Shopify Development Project Overview For this project, the client provided a complete Figma design, which I converted into a fully responsive custom Shopify theme using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The goal was to accurately recreate the design while maintaining excellent performance, responsiveness, and a seamless shopping experience across all devices. In addition to the frontend development, I migrated all existing store content from the client's previous Shopify theme into the new custom theme. This included products, collections, pages, images, and other store content, ensuring a smooth transition without losing any important data or functionality.
