Solution: Built an automated onboarding system using n8n that connects GoHighLevel and ClickUp. The workflow captures new leads, updates CRM data, creates tasks, assigns team members, and triggers follow-ups automatically triggering instantly the moment a new lead is captured.
Result: Eliminated manual onboarding steps, reduced errors, and improved process efficiency for the team zero manual intervention required.
