🔥 The client @properties is a well-known brand in its market, with 52K followers on Instagram and 51K on Facebook. Its homepage looks great, but search engines and AI assistants can't read it. Website audit (SEO + AEO) The homepage has no keyword in its H1, 3 broken region links, no FAQs and no answer blocks. It scored 3.4 out of 10, with AI readiness as the weakest area. The inner pages hold the real value, but they're hard to reach and hard to quote. —Strategy: seven fixes ranked by impact (keyword-led headings, clean internal links, answer blocks and schema), plus a neighborhood page template built to be the answer in search and AI. Social media audit To extend the brand's reach and support the changes to the site, we also audited Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X. 75% of posts are listing tours, Facebook repeats Instagram's captions, YouTube videos use street addresses as titles, and X is close to inactive. The posts that perform show people and places in Chicago. —Strategy: fewer listings, more agent-led series and local content, native captions for each platform, and YouTube titles by neighborhood so video supports search too.
