I built a way to sell physical products in an app that feels more like a gallery than a shop. š± What does it do? Itās a remix-able template for selling physical products inside an app. You browse through pieces in a horizontal carousel, then scroll vertically through a product to explore it through multiple images before buying instantly with Apple Pay. I designed it for galleries and artists first, but it works for anyone selling physical products creators, brands, influencers anything that needs to feel a bit more premium. Why I built this: I kept thinking about how intentional artwork is presented in physical spaces, and how transactional it feels online. This is an attempt to close that gap and making purchases feel as frictionless as possible. Another bonus to why people will use this app is that apple does not tax physical good transactions, so sellers can keep more of what they earn. š The template remix-potential? Works really well because users can swap in any product and it simply works! Art, jewellery, vinyls, collectibles, anything physical allowed on the app store. This was fun I plan on refining and making more templates so I would appreciate any comments and feedback Build Preview š (https://www.anything.com/mobile-preview/68217499-f987-4843-8bcb-f7864c536abc)Build Link š (https://www.anything.com/build/aCF0mfmHSEOLy_eGTFNqvA?v=sBZM6bBFQ0CWHu4QlFbZpA)

Meet Anna. Anna is a virtual influencer and an ongoing R&D project at Damn! Weāre exploring how generative AI can be used to create a persistent digital character, not just a single AI generated image, but a consistent identity capable of producing content across different environments, styles and situations. The project investigates the intersection of: ⢠Generative AI on 3D Outputs ⢠Character consistency ⢠Automated Content Creation This reel is a first look at our experiments with Anna. The project was completed over a year ago, but due to an NDA, we were only able to release the work now. At Damn!, weāre interested in what happens when AI generation meets the technical discipline of a real production pipeline. Weāre open to collaborations around AI, virtual characters and next generation digital content.

"Can you get me full-control renders of 20 maybe more different products in 3 days? In Blender possibly last version ?" My first thought was honestly just... math. Placing lights by hand, one product at a time, key/fill/rim/bounce, nudging each until it looks right, call it 20 minutes a product if you're fast. That's already most of a day gone before you've touched a single material or camera angle. I went looking for something that could speed this up. Most of what's out there for Blender is the same idea over and over: a fixed scene, one lighting look baked in. Fine for a single hero shot. Useless when you need to move fast across 20 or maybe more different products and actually keep control over each one. And then it hit me. I'd already built this. Years back, looong time ago, doing generalist work on a Ferrero TV spot in a Tuscany small VFX studio. At the time, i put together a rig in Maya where one control moved the whole lighting setup at once. That was Maya 7.0 days, so... let's just say it's aged a bit... =D I had some free time this summer, so I ported it over to Blender 5.2 And then... That's Damn! Softbox! One Empty, and it drives the whole rig: Key, Fill, Rim, Bounce, Flag, with actual 3D handles drawn like a gizmo. Save a setup, load it back on the next product, tweaks a bit the lights, and go on. Client apparently got their 27 renders in time. Figured other people doing product work might want the same thing. If there's enough interest, a Maya and Houdini version is next, properly modernized this time, not held together with Maya 7.0 and duct tape =D Link's in the comments. Needs Blender 4.1+ (tested with 4.1 and 5.2)

Advising Global E-Learning Platform on scoping out multilingual translation tender text & AV content to achieve best use of the budget though a hybrid of AI and Human. A global e-learning provider approached for guidance on how to scope out a large-scale localisation project involving both textual and audiovisual content in order to minimise the cost. They needed to prepare accurate specifications and RFQs for translation vendors so I analysed their entire content library ā training modules, UI strings, voice-over scripts, and video materials ā and mapped out the optimal tender specification in order to identify where automation & AI such as Veed & Smartcat could safely reduce costs, and where human linguistic and cultural input remained essential. š Delivered complete localisation scope & budget framework for an RFP

Case Study: Website Localisation Workflow Design for Invar Group with Smartcat + WPML Integration to Automate and Streamline the project. A technology-driven logistics company needed a fast, scalable localisation solution to adapt their English website into Polish. The ask was to eliminate manual text handling while ensuring consistent quality and cultural accuracy. As a localisation consultant, I designed and implemented an integrated translation workflow using Smartcat and WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin). This enabled translators to work directly within the CMS in real time, with QA oversight and automatic content updates back to the live site ā significantly reducing turnaround time and human admin effort. Result: localisation cost saving of 40%.

Automating Multilingual KYC Translation & Certification Workflows with Zapier + Slack for a foreign exchnage broker Client's compliance team handled daily KYC documents in foreign language, often requiring certified translations for regulatory approval. Managing these ad-hoc requests manually was costly, slow, and resource-intensive. I designed and implemented an automated translation-and-certification workflow using Zapier, The new system instantly routed files for translation, logged every job for audit and tracked cost per end user ā all with minimal human involvement. āļø Built an end-to-end automated workflow for certified translation ā±ļø Reduced onboarding time for new clients to under 24 hours š° Achieved a 90 % reduction in admin costs versus ad-hoc handling š Workflow later replicated for other brokerage clients
