The @tiffanyandco (https://www.instagram.com/tiffanyandco/) holiday film—something I truly poured a lot of heart into. I was inspired to explore how music and sound could bring a deeper emotional layer to this already beautiful story—something more magical, more intimate, and filled with wonder. From the very beginning, I wanted to enhance the feeling of warmth, joy, and connection that the visuals already express so well. Brian Eno once said: “My interest in making music has been to create something that does not exist that I would like to listen to.” That quote really stayed with me throughout this process. This project was such a joy to create. I hope that passion comes through in every note and every sparkle.

Over the last few days I’ve been diving deep into ultra-minimal sound design for brand presentations. The catalyst? @openai (https://www.instagram.com/openai/) ’s recent rebrand—the way each crisp tone snaps perfectly to every moving dot blew me away. That synchronicity sparked a whole new approach in my studio: stripping audio down to its purest essentials so every cue amplifies the visual story without adding clutter. 🎧✨ So when this latest animation (https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/animation/) landed on my desk, I knew it was the perfect canvas. I sculpted a palette of micro-tones and delicate pulses that breathe with each frame, turning simple shapes into a living, resonant experience. 🔊🎬

For this 3D animation created by the amazing @nicolemadethat (https://www.instagram.com/nicolemadethat/) , in collaboration with @dot_dot_dash (https://www.instagram.com/dot_dot_dash/) and featuring the stunning work of @craigandkarl (https://www.instagram.com/craigandkarl/) at the iconic @melbournecentral (https://www.instagram.com/melbournecentral/)We had so much fun experimenting with plastic rustling sounds and layering in some impressionist-style strings to add a whole new dimension. Of course, I couldn’t resist adding my signature string pizzicatos for that playful, dynamic touch! 🎻✨ Big thanks to @nicolemadethat (https://www.instagram.com/nicolemadethat/) for trusting me with this incredible project—it was such a blast to bring it to life!
