Iām excited to share this again (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNJOz6nuF4m/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)āthis time for the #shareyourwork challenge.š Following a few happy accidents š§Ŗ, I found myself shaping deliberately āmutilatedā textures: a blend of industrial hip-hop, distorted IDM, illbient, digital hardcore, and noise. To balance the grit āļø, I folded in traditional Chinese plucked timbresāespecially the guzhengābent, stretched, and re-amped until it clicked š¼. I began with no clear approach, and then the pieces started connecting š§© and the flow arrived (aaandā¦ yep, thatās the moment I chase) āØ Huge thanks to @fafa_motion (https://www.instagram.com/fafa_motion/) for considering me for the sound design on this beautiful piece.

Last time, @jesseterw (https://www.instagram.com/jesseterw/), a motion designer at BUCK, reached out and asked me to do the Sound Design for this whimsical animation (https://www.instagram.com/reel/DI2GL1buSQI/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) āand I immediately fell in love with its charm. It was such a joy crafting the #soundscape (https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/soundscape/): from the silly sci-fi UFO noises to the gentle natural #sounds (https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/sounds/) of the landscape and that fuzzy little sheep. Every element was a treat to bring to life, and Iām so happy to have been a part of something so funny, beautiful, and full of personality. Hope you enjoy it
