The site was built with Squarespace, designed to reflect the brand’s playful yet clean aesthetic — bringing out the vibrancy of their natural powders, recipes, and mission to make baking more fun and sustainable. FreelanceFlow: Freelance Web Design Agency Landing Page FreelanceFlow is a modern, conversion-focused landing page built for a fictional freelance web design agency designed and shipped entirely using Anything without writing a single line of code manually. The brief simulated a real client scenario: a solo web designer rebranding as an agency, needing a site that communicates trust, showcases services clearly, and converts visitors into booked consultations. The final site includes a bold hero section with a clear value proposition, a services section highlighting web design, branding, and SEO offerings, a three-step How It Works process, client testimonials with star ratings, a three-tier pricing section with a highlighted Growth plan, an accordion FAQ section, and a strong footer CTA driving visitors to book a discovery call. The result is a clean, professional marketing site that looks and feels like a fully custom-coded product built entirely through AI-assisted development on Anything. Built with: Anything Focus: Landing Page Design, Conversion Optimization, AI-Assisted Development The Challenge I Solved The biggest challenge was getting the pricing section to display correctly across both mobile and desktop without the cards collapsing awkwardly. Anything's initial output stacked all three tiers into a single column on mobile, breaking the visual hierarchy. I resolved this by prompting Anything specifically to use a responsive grid with defined breakpoints and iterated on card spacing and typography until the layout held cleanly on all screen sizes. My Top 3 Tips for Using Anything Be specific with your prompts. Instead of "make a hero section," say "make a hero section with a bold H1, two-line subheadline, and a primary CTA button left-aligned on desktop and centered on mobile." Specificity reduces back-and-forth dramatically. Build section by section. Prompting the entire page at once produces messy results. Build one section, review it, then move to the next for maximum control. Use iteration prompts for polish. Once your layout is done, go back and prompt for fine details "add more whitespace between sections," "make the CTA button more prominent," "improve mobile typography." That's where real quality comes from.

AI Booking & Scheduling Assistant for Consultants The client needed a better way to manage appointment bookings, client onboarding, and calendar coordination without spending hours handling administrative tasks manually. Their scheduling process involved constant back-and-forth communication, missed bookings, and manual follow-ups, which slowed down operations and affected the client experience. To streamline the process, I developed an AI-powered booking and scheduling assistant that automated appointment management from start to finish. Using Calendly and Google Calendar, I created a seamless scheduling system that allowed clients to book available time slots automatically while keeping calendars synced in real time. I integrated OpenAI to generate intelligent responses, automate onboarding communication, and personalize confirmation and reminder messages. With Zapier, I connected the workflows across multiple platforms to automate appointment confirmations, reminder notifications, onboarding forms, and follow-up actions after meetings were completed. Their sales team spent hours writing emails, tracking replies, and managing follow-ups manually, leading to low response rates and missed opportunities. To solve this, I built a fully automated AI-powered email outreach system that streamlined the entire outbound process from lead sourcing to follow-up management. Using Apollo.io (http://Apollo.io), I automated lead sourcing and segmentation based on the client’s target audience. I then integrated OpenAI to generate personalized cold emails tailored to each prospect, helping the campaigns feel more human and relevant at scale. AI Internal Knowledge Base Assistant A growing company was facing challenges with internal knowledge management. Team members constantly struggled to find the latest SOPs, onboarding documents, operational guidelines, and company resources across multiple platforms. This led to repeated questions, wasted time, slower onboarding, and operational inefficiencies across departments. The client needed an AI-powered internal assistant that could centralize company knowledge and allow employees to instantly retrieve accurate information without manually searching through documents and folders. To solve this, we developed a custom AI internal knowledge base assistant using OpenAI, Notion, Slack, and Zapier automation workflows. The system was designed to connect the company’s operational documentation stored in Notion with an AI-powered conversational assistant accessible directly inside Slack. Employees could ask questions in natural language and instantly receive contextual answers, summaries, SOPs, and process guidance in real time. We automated the synchronization of internal documentation so the assistant could continuously reference updated company information without requiring manual maintenance. This helped ensure teams always had access to the latest operational knowledge and procedures. One of the biggest challenges was improving response relevance while keeping answers concise and easy for teams to understand.
