A project can look simple from the outside, but once you review the sitemap, Figma screens, responsive requirements, integrations, and number of pages, the actual workload can be very different. That’s why I’ve started paying closer attention to: • The complete project scope • Number of unique pages and sections • Custom functionality required • Responsive implementation • Content and assets needed • Timeline and revisions The goal isn't to charge more. The goal is to make sure the price reflects the actual work involved and that both the client and developer know exactly what they're getting. Clear scope → clear expectations → better projects.
