Interactive Funnel: Integrated a custom skincare quiz and smart intake form to instantly pre-qualify buyers and recommend products. CRM Automation: Connected form responses directly to a backend CRM to automate order routing and lead follow-ups. The Results This eliminated manual DM bottlenecks, transformed casual followers into qualified leads, and significantly boosted nationwide e-commerce sales.
