Cover image for Untangling A Quiz Funnel Before
Untangling A Quiz Funnel Before It Ever Went Live The client runs Work Sucks But I Like It, a professional development brand built around a book, a podcast, and a self assessment quiz grounded in real flow psychology. He came in brand new to Kit, just trying to get a quiz, a free guide, and a newsletter signup working together without stepping on each other. Once inside the account, the real story showed up. What looked like a simple setup question turned into an actual rescue job. One existing automation was silently mixing newsletter and freebie signups into the same shared path. A duplicate rule pointed at the exact same sequence had never once run. And twelve real people had already signed up for a free guide that, it turned out, did not actually exist yet. The fix started with untangling what was already there before adding anything new. Once that was cleared out, the client's scored quiz, twelve questions, five options each, four possible outcomes, got wired directly into Kit through tag based routing. Two clean signup forms went in for the newsletter and the freebie, each running its own separate, conflict free automation. A safeguard was added so retaking the quiz never leaves someone carrying two contradicting results, and another so a subscriber can move between paths without getting welcomed twice or lost somewhere in between. By the end, the twelve subscribers who had been left waiting finally got what they signed up for, and the whole system was handed back fully tested, documented, and ready to scale, all wrapped inside the client's original one month timeline.

Cover image for ZOUND Klaviyo Email Design, E-commerce
ZOUND Klaviyo Email Design, E-commerce Email Marketing Conversion Copywriting, Campaign Strategy, Klaviyo Template Build Designed a high-converting promotional email campaign for ZOUND, a consumer hearing protection brand selling high-fidelity earplugs to music lovers, concert-goers, and noise-sensitive audiences. This project was built and deployed using Klaviyo, one of the leading email marketing platforms for e-commerce brands. The email was structured around a full-funnel persuasion strategy, guiding cold and warm subscribers from awareness to purchase within a single, well-paced email sequence. CAMPAIGN STRUCTURE AND STRATEGY: The email opens with a bold hero section featuring ZOUND's flagship product, the headline "Crystal Clear Sound," and an immediate offer: "Shop Now and Save 40%." A risk-free 90-day trial banner was placed at the top to reduce hesitation before the reader even scrolls. The body follows a classic education-first approach with a "How It Works" section highlighting four core product benefits: High-Fidelity Filter Technology (19dB NRR noise reduction) Perfect Fit (two shell sizes for superior comfort) Discreet Design (clear soft silicone shell) Eco-Friendly (reusable with a travel case) This structure was intentional. Educating the reader builds confidence, which directly improves click-through rates. The email closes with a dedicated social proof section featuring three real customer reviews from verified buyers who used the product at live music events, reinforcing trust and pushing fence-sitters toward conversion. A final CTA button, Shop Now and Save 40%, closes the email strong. RESULT: A visually polished, brand-consistent Klaviyo email template combining benefit-led copywriting, Strategic CTA placement Social proof and mobile-responsive design built to convert.

Cover image for A client came to me
A client came to me with a problem most people don't even realize they have. Their leads were coming in fast. Facebook ads, website forms, referrals, all funneling into one place. The problem wasn't volume. It was that every single lead got treated exactly the same. A €50,000 opportunity and a €500 inquiry both landed in the same inbox, got the same generic email, and waited in the same queue for someone on the team to notice them. Nobody was ignoring the big leads on purpose. There just wasn't a system built to catch the difference. So I sat down and mapped out what "smart" lead handling should actually look like. Here's what I built: -The moment a lead comes in, a webhook grabs it instantly. No delay, no manual entry. -That lead gets logged into Airtable as a record. Then a second, linked record gets created automatically for deeper tracking, so nothing about that lead's journey gets lost. -The team gets pinged on Slack immediately. No one finds out about a hot lead by checking their inbox three hours later. -Then the system does the smart part: it checks the lead's budget. High-tier leads go down one path. Standard leads go down another. Each path sends its own tailored email and logs into its own tracking sheet, automatically, with zero overlap. The hardest part wasn't connecting the apps. It was making sure two records could be created from one lead without duplicating data. It was getting the routing logic to split correctly, every single time, no exceptions. It was running two parallel branches side by side without them ever crossing wires. That's the difference between "an automation" and a system you can actually trust with your revenue. Now every lead gets exactly the attention it deserves. Automatically. I'm curious: how is your business currently deciding which leads get priority? Manually? A gut feeling? Or does everything just land in one big inbox? Tell me in the comments, I read every single one.
