Automated lead qualification workflow built to eliminate manual CRM review. Incoming prospect data from native Airtable Forms triggers a Make.com (http://Make.com) scenario, routing inputs to OpenAI (GPT-4o). The AI analyzes project scope, filters out invalid phone/email spam, and evaluates budget alignment against ideal personas. The system instantly writes a standardized Lead Score back into the Airtable CRM, flagging high-ticket targets for immediate sales outreach. Zero-maintenance, cost-effective infrastructure.
