For this ReSound Project, I recreated the entire soundscape of the Audi Q-Series commercial spot from scratch: original music, sound design, dialogue processing, and final mix. I focused on giving dialogues the highest priority, alternating them with a musical background designed to support, not overpower. Sound design was used sparingly but purposefully, making key moments hit harder and reinforcing the overall message. I believe that a strong and effective audio language comes from assimilation of the vision, proper operative prioritization and careful post-production; where every element finds its place and narrative weight to elevate the brand. I created this resound to demonstrate a mix that aligns perfectly with standard cinema loudness requirements. In this case, I structured both the music and the sound design to leave proper space for the dialogue, keeping the entire mix around -23 LUFS. It may sound quieter at the beginning, but this is exactly how a final cinematic mix (dialogue, sound design, music, ambience) is expected to sound when delivered for Cinema. :)
