Okay so I had literally a couple hours to kill and thought why not try the Easy Lens Challenge 👀 Ended up building "Neon Stack" — a synthwave block-stacking game where you tilt your head to move the platform and stack glowing neon blocks as high as you can before the tower collapses 🕹️✨ Honestly did NOT expect to end up with an actual working game in this little time lol. Just described the vibe I wanted and Easy Lens basically built it for me. Making games used to sound like such a whole process and turns out it's actually kinda easy now?? 😭 Anyway try it and see how high you can stack, don't judge me if you beat my score 👇 #easylenscontra https://www.snapchat.com/lens/e8431a5637674a00b1ef12acf5adebd4?sender_web_id=cc19aaa4-f452-4be4-90c0-ab110504e84a&device_type=desktop&is_copy_url=true

The Dream Journal I'd never touched Squarespace before this challenge. I build in Framer and Webflow for a living, so this was genuinely new territory for me — and when I saw the theme "a website makes it real," something about it just stuck. Because that's kind of the whole story of my own work too: an idea sitting somewhere as a half-formed thought until a website makes it undeniable. So I wanted to try building something small around that feeling, a site called The Dream Journal, about all the dreams that stay folded up in notebooks until someone finally gives them a page. A bakery someone still hasn't opened. A brand that only exists as a name on a sticky note. A travel blog that lives in someone's head and nowhere else yet. Life got in the way, honestly. Client work picked up right when I wanted to sit with this properly, so what I'm submitting isn't the finished version I pictured; it's an honest first pass. I used Blueprint AI to get the layout, palette, and fonts down in minutes, which genuinely surprised me with how fast it was, then spent the little time I had left shaping the copy and images around the concept. I'm not submitting this to win. I'm submitting it because I didn't want just to watch this challenge happen and not try; even an unfinished attempt felt better than sitting it out. If nothing else, I walked away actually liking Squarespace more than I expected to, especially for how quickly it turns a rough idea into something that looks real.

To be completely honest, I had never used Renoise before this week. I stumbled upon the challenge, had some free time, and decided to dive headfirst into the tool. My designer brain went completely wild. I spent my first 800 credits chasing massive, cinematic ideas, trying to morph human faces, open magical nature portals, and create a Hollywood-level masterpiece. But AI video is a beast, and after burning through almost my entire budget with distorted results, I hit a wall. With exactly 200 credits left and feeling ready to give up, I decided to stop forcing abstract complexity and embrace what I actually know best as a Webflow developer: grids, interfaces, and structural layouts. What I Made: This 15-second short film is the result of that final, desperate credit run. It starts with a grand, high-budget illusion—a majestic cosmic monolith floating in a deep space nebula, covered in glowing neon matrix data lines. But right when the viewer gets comfortable, the narrative delivers a sudden, meta plot twist. The camera violently pulls back to reveal that this entire grand universe is actually just a flat, disposable image asset block sitting inside a dark-mode visual design interface. A giant white mouse cursor glides into the frame, clicks the universe, and deletes it, leaving nothing but a blank canvas and a blinking cursor. In a way, the twist mirrors my exact experience with the challenge: building up a massive world in my head, only to hit delete and start completely fresh on a blank canvas.

A week ago, I asked myself a simple question: How do you actually train your design eye? As a Webflow & Framer developer, I spend a lot of time implementing design decisions. But I became curious about the thinking behind those decisions and whether my own instincts aligned with experienced designers. So I built EyeCheck. A design perception experiment that explores typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, imagery, and visual judgment through a series of challenges. What surprised me most while building it wasn't which answers people chose. It was how often they disagreed. Some decisions reached overwhelming consensus. Others split almost perfectly down the middle. And those conversations ended up being far more interesting than finding a "correct" answer. Built for the #ConfigMakeathon using Figma. I'd love to know: Which question challenged your instincts the most? 🔗https://eye-check.figma.site/ #ConfigMakeathon #Figma #ProductDesign #WebDesign #UXDesign #DesignSystems

Gravity Flip drops you into a neon perspective tunnel where your own face is the character, and your mouth is the only control — open it to flip gravity and dodge your way to a higher score. I built it entirely in Easy Lens with no code, combining the Game Creation and Face ML tools: I described the endless-runner loop and the neon synthwave world, wired the face avatar into the tunnel, and mapped mouth-open as the flip input. The rest was iteration — tightening the calibration screen, the scoring, and the difficulty ramp so runs stay short, punchy, and replayable. The Museum of Ordinary Objects A quiet gallery where the things people kept — and let go of — are exhibited with the same care as fine art. Most of the objects that hold real meaning in our lives never get preserved anywhere: a childhood toy, a worn kitchen tool, a ticket stub. The Museum of Ordinary Objects gives them a proper home. Users donate an everyday object with a photo and its story, and it joins a browsable public gallery organized into wings — Kitchen, Childhood, Tools, Paper, and Worn Out. Each visitor also gets their own Collection page to manage what they've donated, with full edit and delete control. Built entirely in Bubble, using AI-assisted generation for the page layouts and design system, with custom-configured backend logic for authentication, per-user data scoping, and the wing-based filtering system. https://www.loom.com/share/4417b940f8574e58965641492c80b68f

The Glass Run — a 30-second, one-take AI film built entirely in CapCut Video Studio with Seedance 2.5. A runner sprints through six impossible worlds — desert ruin, dragon-mountain, jungle temple, torchlit hall, neon megacity, and orbit — and he never opens a single door: every glass door stands where no door belongs, each pane carries a faint translucent preview of the world waiting behind it, and he smashes through each one and keeps running. The whole film is one continuous take, no cuts, no dialogue, no music — just the run, the glass, and the reveal that the final room is a drawing. Built from one native 30s generation with 13 reference plates (character, six worlds, seven doors) and a beat-ordered prompt on the canvas. I wanted to prove that a one-take AI film can carry a full arc — foreshadowing through the panes, escalation through the worlds — with the runner as the only constant. youtube post link: https://youtu.be/GecopqcKAPE
