How We Approached Instagram for a Bali Froyo Brand With No Ad Budget Most food brands we talk to are stuck between two bad options. Option one: hire a freelance content creator who shoots beautiful photos but has no strategy behind what to post or why. The feed looks good. It doesn't grow. Option two: hire a "social media manager" who schedules posts and writes captions but has no creative eye. The feed grows slowly with bland content that doesn't represent the brand. Our client had been circling both options. Neither felt right. They wanted one team handling strategy, creative, and management as one system instead of three disconnected pieces. That's the work we took on. The Strategy Layer We started by defining three things: voice, positioning, and content direction. Voice is how the brand sounds in writing. Positioning is what makes them different in Bali's dessert market specifically. Content direction is the visual and thematic territory the feed should own. These three documents inform every decision downstream. The Creative Layer With strategy locked, creative becomes execution instead of guesswork. We produce visuals and write captions that feel cohesive because they're all built on the same foundation. Every scoop, every flavor drop, every behind-the-counter moment slots into a wider story instead of sitting alone. The Management Layer Posting is the easy part. The harder, less visible work is everything around it. Replying to DMs in voice. Engaging with the local community. Catching trends fast enough to act on them. Keeping the calendar full without it feeling forced. We handle all of it. Why Organic The client could afford ads. We didn't recommend them yet. For a local food brand building long-term loyalty, organic Instagram is still the strongest community-building tool available. Ads accelerate reach but they don't build affinity. We're playing the affinity game first.

I worked with a Wellness brand to showcase their expertise. The wellness industry isn't just growing, it's booming. The global wellness economy is valued at approximately $4.8 trillion in 2026, growing at a rate of 6.2% year over year, and it's projected to keep climbing toward $7.8 trillion by 2030. But here's the thing most wellness brands miss: They don't struggle because their offerings aren't good enough. They struggle because their content doesn't build trust. Your future clients are already watching. They're silently asking: ✨ Is this brand credible? ✨ Do they actually know what they're doing? ✨ Can I trust them with my health and wellbeing? And the truth is, people don't book because of information alone. They book when they feel certainty. The right content does that. It educates. It shows your standards. It shows your perspective. And most importantly, it makes people feel comfortable choosing you. This is exactly what we look at when auditing wellness brand accounts. If you have a business that needs our help, you can message me to see if we're a fit to work together!

I worked with an Aesthetic Clinic to showcase their expertise. Most aesthetic clinics don't struggle because of their treatments. They struggle because their content doesn't build trust. Your future clients are already watching. They're silently asking: ✨ Is this clinic safe? ✨ Do they know what they're doing? ✨ Can I trust them with my face or body? And the truth is, people don't book because of information alone. They book when they feel certainty. The right content does that. It educates. It shows your standards. It shows your perspective. And most importantly, it makes people feel comfortable choosing you. This is exactly what we look at when auditing aesthetic clinic accounts. If you have a business that needs our help, you can message me to see if we're a fit to work together!

CASE STUDY 1 : Luxury Hotel, Ubud, Bali The brief : A five-star sanctuary in the Ubud jungle. Architecturally stunning. Feed felt like a brochure. Guests were finding them through travel agents and OTAs, not Instagram. The problem : Luxury was being shown. Not felt. Wide shots of villas. Empty rooms. Aerial drone footage. Nothing that made a UHNW guest think "this is mine." The shift : We stopped photographing the property. We started photographing the experience of staying in it. → Quiet content. Hands, light, ritual. → Less captions. More mood. → One Reel per week, not five. → Stories built around guests, chefs, and the head florist, never the brand. The outcome : - Engagement quality up significantly (saves and shares, not likes) - DM inquiries from international guests now a weekly occurrence - Featured organically by two luxury travel curators - Direct bookings via Instagram climbing month over month The principle : Luxury isn't louder. It's slower. CASE STUDY 2 : Boutique Hotel, Munggu, Bali. The brief : An adults-only boutique hotel and retreat venue, 300m from Munggu Beach. Owned by a couple. The product is rare in Bali: Canggu access without Canggu noise. The challenge: most people scrolling Instagram for "Canggu" don't know Munggu exists. The problem : Spaces was being positioned the way every Canggu hotel is pool shots, smoothie bowls, design details. But Spaces isn't competing with Canggu. It's the answer for people tired of Canggu. That story wasn't on the feed. The shift : We rebuilt the content around one idea: slow Canggu. → Mornings at Spaces vs. mornings in central Canggu, visual contrast as a hook. → Retreat-host storytelling, since groups book the whole property. → Owner-led content builds trust no stock reel can. → Bahasa + English captions to capture domestic retreat organisers too. The outcome : - Follower growth multiplied within the first quarter - Save rates climbing, guests using the feed as a trip-planning tool - Inbound retreat inquiries via DM, not just rooms - A clearer brand line in market: not another Canggu hotel The principle : The fastest growth comes from positioning, not posting more.
