Challenge: Well-located apartment with good photos but low conversion rate. Title lacked positioning, description was generic, and target guest profile was unclear. Action: Repositioned listing with conversion-focused title, restructured description for clarity and emotional appeal, optimized keyword alignment, and reorganized photo order to guide buyer psychology. Result: Improved listing visibility and booking conversion, leading to higher occupancy within the following 60 days.
