A private sports community had built a full-blown game system offline - managing ranks, badges, shields, and even penalties entirely through Excel sheets and WhatsApp.
No platform. No campaigns. Just word-of-mouth and it went viral.
We were brought in to turn that organic phenomenon into a digital product - one that kept the same energy, emotion, and competitiveness that made it spread.
We worked across:
- Mobile App Design — full game mechanics, ranks, weapons, shields, and referral systems.
- Admin Dashboard — for player management, announcements, and game configurations.
- Marketing Website — designed with anime-inspired visuals that matched its underground, cult-like vibe.
