AI WROTE THE CODE. WHO CHECKS THE BUGS? AI can generate a working-looking feature in seconds but “it runs” doesn't automatically mean “it's correct.” One of the biggest lessons I’m learning with AI-assisted development is that the hardest bugs aren't always obvious. They can hide in: 🐛 Edge cases the original prompt never mentioned 🧠 Incorrect assumptions about how the application should behave 🔐 Security issues that don't appear during normal testing 🔄 Regression bugs that break something that previously worked ⚠️ Poor error handling when real users do unexpected things 🗄️ Data/API problems that only appear under different conditions That’s why I don't treat AI-generated code as the final answer. My workflow is: GENERATE → REVIEW → REPRODUCE → TRACE → TEST → VERIFY → SHIP First, I understand what the code is actually doing. Then I test the happy path and the paths the AI may not have considered. I check the stack trace, inspect the data flow, test edge cases, review dependencies and security-sensitive areas, and verify that the fix doesn't introduce another problem. This is becoming even more important as coding agents take on larger development tasks. GitHub's current tooling, for example, combines code review, testing, dependency checks, secret scanning, and security analysis around agent-generated changes. The lesson isn't “don't use AI to code.

The concept is simple and ridiculous: Poke Santa's big jolly belly and it jiggles like jelly. Santa bursts into a "Ho Ho Ho!" laugh and starts an over-the-top silly dance (hips shaking, arms waving, feet tapping to upbeat jingle music). Poke faster for wilder jiggles, bigger dances, and sparkly confetti explosions. It’s pure, endless holiday giggles, perfect for kids (and honestly, adults too) I built this for my kids. I think I pushed my limits on this one.. 🛏️ My goal was to use all the tools in unison and learn how each tool could own a clear layer of the full product experience from code to marketing. Rork developed the app, Suno designed the audio, FLORA defined the visual language, Tolstoy for all the UGC, and Replit brought it online. After Christmas dinner, I sent my first prompt to Rork: “Design a digital members club for Gen-Z + working professionals committed to sleeping earlier in 2026.” The idea came from an old note I wrote after a health & wellness conference in Budapest: 'productivity revolves around a good night’s sleep' - marketing = Maslow's Hierarchy of Sleep (iOS app) ' 😬😂 And so? Pillow FM: A modern sleep experience for overstimulated minds. 'Guided Sleep meditations everyday at 10pm' Shall I continue this app?

I built a way to sell physical products in an app that feels more like a gallery than a shop. 📱 What does it do? It’s a remix-able template for selling physical products inside an app. You browse through pieces in a horizontal carousel, then scroll vertically through a product to explore it through multiple images before buying instantly with Apple Pay. I designed it for galleries and artists first, but it works for anyone selling physical products creators, brands, influencers anything that needs to feel a bit more premium. Why I built this: I kept thinking about how intentional artwork is presented in physical spaces, and how transactional it feels online. This is an attempt to close that gap and making purchases feel as frictionless as possible. Another bonus to why people will use this app is that apple does not tax physical good transactions, so sellers can keep more of what they earn. 🎉 The template remix-potential? Works really well because users can swap in any product and it simply works! Art, jewellery, vinyls, collectibles, anything physical allowed on the app store. Connected Flowstep MCP with Antigravity, then iterated directly on the canvas using prompts—refining layouts, components, navigation, interactions, and the design system without rebuilding screens from scratch. Created reusable design tokens, cinematic UI, glass navigation, parchment components, handcrafted cards, and a consistent visual language across every scene. Once the prototype was finalized, I replicated the entire Flowstep canvas into a Next.js application and polished interactions with modern animation libraries before deploying. For this challenge, I created RE:SOLE, a fictional sustainable sneaker brand built around one simple idea: "Repair, Don't Replace." Instead of designing another perfect sneaker, I wanted to tell the story of a shoe that becomes more valuable with every scratch, crease, and repair. My Workflow Built the brand identity using Envato AI as the creative starting point. Used Envato assets for inspiration and visual direction. Created a custom typeface pairing to give the brand its own timeless personality. Iterated through multiple concepts before choosing the final direction. Designed the campaign visuals and cinematic product storytelling around authenticity rather than perfection. My Human by Design Moment AI consistently generated spotless, flawless sneakers because it assumed perfection sells. I made a different creative decision. I intentionally added visible wear, repaired stitching, faded textures, and handcrafted imperfections because they communicate something AI couldn't understand on its own: memories have value. That single decision transformed the campaign from a product advertisement into a story about craftsmanship, sustainability, and emotional connection. Tagline: "Scars aren't flaws.
