Successfully recovered and fully verified a client’s terminated Google Play Developer Console account and reinstated all associated apps after they were completely removed from the Play Store due to verification failures. ​The Crisis (The Challenge) On March 3, 2026, the client faced a critical account shutdown. Their developer profile and apps were taken down due to high-stakes errors: ​“Google couldn't verify your identity.” ​“Unverified contact phone number.” With apps completely hidden from the public, the client was on the verge of losing years of hard work and business revenue. ​My Solution & Recovery Action Plan ​Identity Re-verification Audit: Meticulously reviewed and formatted the client's identity documents (National ID/Passport) to perfectly align with Google's strict, updated scanning and submission guidelines. ​Phone Verification Fix: Resolved the technical glitches and country-code errors that were blocking the phone number verification, ensuring all contact points were validated. ​App Restoration & Compliance: Worked directly within the console to reinstate the developer profile and republish the removed apps. Updated all account meta-data to match the latest 2026 Google Play Console Policies to prevent any future flags. ​The Results ​Account Status: 100% Fully Restored, Verified, and Active. ​App Visibility: All apps successfully re-published and live on the Google Play Store with their original downloads and reviews intact. ​Business Impact: Saved the client's digital business and secured their long-term revenue.
