Reviewed a comprehensive 42-page business plan for an early-stage technology company preparing for fundraising. The review applied real investment due diligence standards, focusing on executive summary clarity, market and competitive analysis, financial projection realism, business model logic, and overall investor readiness. Key issues identified included an overly long executive summary, optimistic financial assumptions, shallow competitive analysis, and missing unit economics. Delivered a detailed feedback report with severity-rated findings, section-by-section recommendations, and a prioritized action plan to make the plan investor-ready. The client used the feedback to strengthen the plan before approaching investors.

Delivered a structured risk report with severity ratings, prioritized mitigation recommendations, and clear next steps. The client used the assessment to create a 60-day action plan focused on diversification and operational resilience.

Business Growth Journey I designed the Business Growth Journey as a 72-week strategic framework that helps small business owners work through growth in a logical sequence rather than trying to improve everything at once. The framework is organized into six stages, with each stage addressing a different part of building a stronger business. The Challenge Business advice is everywhere. The harder problem is knowing what deserves attention now and what can wait. Small business owners are often presented with disconnected strategies, tactics, tools, and recommendations without a clear sense of sequence. That can turn useful information into another source of overwhelm. I wanted to create a structure that connected those pieces. My Approach I developed a six-stage progression that moves from foundational business thinking into offers, customers, marketing, systems, and sustainable growth. Each stage contains 12 weekly topics arranged intentionally so one idea prepares the business owner for the next. I also designed the framework to connect education with action. Relevant business tools and resources are integrated throughout the journey so readers can move from understanding a concept to working through it in their own business. The result is not simply a content calendar. It is a long-term business learning and customer journey architecture built around progression, context, and practical application. The Result The finished framework provides the strategic backbone for an interconnected ecosystem of educational content, AI business tools, resources, and ongoing customer communication. It demonstrates how a large amount of business knowledge can be organized into a structured experience that helps people understand where they are, what matters next, and how different parts of their business fit together.

LKC Backroom Studio Business Tool Suite I designed the LKC Backroom Studio Business Tool Suite as a growing ecosystem of human-led AI systems built around the real challenges small business owners face. Rather than creating one general-purpose AI assistant expected to handle everything, I designed the suite around specialized systems. Each tool has a defined job, its own reasoning structure, and clear boundaries around what it should and shouldn't do. The Challenge Small business owners can use general AI for almost anything, but that flexibility can also create more work. They still need to know what to ask, provide the right context, evaluate the response, and turn it into something useful. I wanted to design a different experience. The goal was to build AI systems that already understand the type of problem they're meant to help with and guide the user through a thoughtful process instead of waiting for the perfect prompt. My Approach I developed a modular architecture for specialized tools spanning areas such as business strategy, pricing, offers, lead journeys, client management, content, sales, and operations. Each system is designed around the decisions, information, constraints, and questions relevant to its particular job. Across the suite, I use structured conversation architecture, behavioral guardrails, adaptive questioning, and human-led decision frameworks so AI supports the user's thinking without taking control of it. The systems are also designed to work independently, allowing business owners to use the tool that fits the challenge they're facing rather than adopting a complicated all-in-one platform. The Result The result is an expanding business tool ecosystem built around a consistent design philosophy: use AI where it improves the process while keeping human experience, context, and judgment at the center. The suite demonstrates how AI can move beyond generic prompting and become purpose-built business infrastructure designed around the way people actually work.

Quiet Pricing Companion I designed Quiet Pricing Companion as a human-led AI system that helps small business owners examine pricing decisions with more context than a traditional pricing calculator or formula can provide. The challenge was creating a system that could help users explore pricing without simply generating a number or telling them what they should charge. Pricing decisions are connected to workload, capacity, offer structure, positioning, customer expectations, and the way different products and services work together. My Approach I designed the conversation architecture, reasoning framework, behavioral guardrails, and user experience around guided analysis rather than automated answers. The system helps users examine what they're selling, how their current pricing is functioning, where pressure or gaps may exist, and what deserves a closer look. It can also help uncover connections across an existing product or service line, including opportunities that aren't always obvious when each offer is considered separately. Human judgment remains central to the process. The system provides structure, questions, and perspective while leaving pricing decisions with the business owner. The Result The finished system turns a complicated and often emotional business question into a structured strategic conversation. Rather than functioning as a pricing calculator, Quiet Pricing Companion demonstrates how AI can be designed to support nuanced business reasoning while keeping the user's experience, knowledge, and judgment in control.

Solopreneur Sanity Tool I designed Solopreneur Sanity Tool as a human-led AI system for small business owners who are dealing with competing priorities, mental clutter, and too many things demanding attention at once. The challenge wasn't simply creating another AI assistant. The system needed to help users slow down the decision process, separate what feels urgent from what actually matters, and identify a realistic next focus without making decisions for them. My Approach I designed the underlying conversation architecture, decision logic, behavioral guardrails, user experience, and supporting materials. The system guides users through a structured conversation that adapts to what they bring into it. Rather than generating a generic productivity plan, it helps users sort the situation, identify meaningful priorities, recognize constraints, and determine an appropriate next step. A core design principle was keeping human judgment in control. The AI supports the thinking process rather than replacing it. The Result The finished system turns an open-ended AI conversation into a focused business thinking experience with a defined purpose, process, and user outcome. It demonstrates how thoughtfully designed AI can be used as practical business infrastructure, not simply as a content generator or chatbot.

Most employees only see their paycheck. This Total Rewards Statement brings the full picture into view (base pay, benefits, retirement, and perks) giving employees a tangible sense of their value during performance conversations. Because retention starts with employees feeling seen.

A real engagement. A 75-person specialty retail business operating at a $200K annual loss. I stepped in as President and COO, implemented EOS, restructured the leadership team, overhauled marketing, and fixed inventory controls. Year 1 result: $600K profit. This is what I do when I am fully engaged.

This is the actual framework I run at the start of every engagement. Six areas, scored and prioritized. It tells you where your business is leaking time, money, or growth - and what to fix first. Take a look and ask yourself how your business scores.

I came into a digital marketing agency managing 1,800+ client accounts and $2M in monthly ad spend. Within 90 days I had eliminated 200+ staff hours per month in manual work, corrected a pricing error that drove a 12% revenue increase, and launched a new service line at 50% margins. This shows how I work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
