This is my submission, EditorialGen. I created a fictive Envato AI tool that focuses on the concept of Human by Design to turn your plain photos into editorial-worth artwork. EditorialGen was born through the fusion of ImageGen and VideoGen, two tools that I use daily on all sorts of projects, both for the projects of my clients and my own. This tool allows you to implement your human judgment at each step of the process in order to achieve art that is truly HUMAN and shares your identity and talent. Made with the assistance of the most specific features for your editorial photography. Please watch till the end. And also watch the video of my creative process. You will LAUGH and maybe learn something. Don’t forget to hit that upgoat button! 🐐 I want to thank Contra and Envato, and everybody who participates in this challenge. And I am grateful for extending the duration of the challenge. I needed all the extra time, as you can tell by my late submission. Enjoy and good luck to all participants! Best, Dan

Viral Comedy Reels for Sundeep Fernandes I edited a series of high-energy short-form videos for Sundeep Fernandes, transforming everyday topics into entertaining, highly shareable social media content. The focus was on maximizing audience retention through fast-paced editing, comedic timing, and a constant stream of visual surprises. Each video combined memes, animated GIFs, sound effects, motion graphics, AI-generated images and videos, zooms, visual gags, and pop culture references to keep viewers engaged from the first second to the last. Rather than relying on effects alone, every edit was built around storytelling and rhythm—using humor to reinforce the message while creating a fun, memorable viewing experience that encouraged viewers to keep watching and share the content. Services provided Viral short-form video editing Comedy & meme editing AI-generated images and videos Motion graphics & animations Sound design & comedic sound effects Animated GIFs & visual effects Dynamic captions & subtitles Platform-native editing for Instagram Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts Storytelling & audience retention Color correction & final delivery

Viral Educational Reels | Hannah Fry (BBC) I collaborated with BBC mathematician and science communicator Hannah Fry to edit engaging short-form videos covering science, mathematics, animals, technology, and fascinating real-world facts. The challenge wasn't simply to shorten long-form content—it was to transform complex educational topics into highly entertaining videos that could capture attention within seconds and keep viewers watching until the very end. To achieve this, I combined fast-paced storytelling, creative motion graphics, dynamic captions, sound design, memes, pop culture references, animated GIFs, visual effects, and comedic timing without ever distracting from the educational message. Many of the videos reached hundreds of thousands of viewers, proving that informative content can be just as engaging and shareable as entertainment when it's edited with the right pacing and creativity.
