Au sein de Banque de France et de l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, les contrôleurs font face à un environnement de travail fragmenté et inefficace. • Utilisation quotidienne de 10 à 15 applications métiers distinctes • Multiplication des points d’entrée et absence de vision consolidée • Temps important consacré à la recherche et à la recomposition de l’information • Forte charge cognitive liée à la complexité des outils 3 typologies de contrôleurs coexistent avec des besoins spécifiques : • Banque • Assurance (DCA) • LCB-FT 👉 Résultat : une perte d’efficacité opérationnelle et une difficulté à piloter l’activité de contrôle. → Opportunité : concevoir un portail unifié, centralisant la donnée et facilitant la prise de décision. 🚀 RESULTS: • Livraison d’un portail unifié, véritable cockpit décisionnel pour le contrôleur, réduisant jusqu’à 30–50% le temps nécessaire à la préparation et au suivi des contrôles. • Diminution significative de la charge cognitive grâce à la centralisation de +10 outils métiers en une interface unique. • Mise en place d’une vision 360° des établissements, permettant une prise de décision plus rapide et mieux priorisée. • Amélioration de l’efficacité des équipes via un accès immédiat aux indicateurs clés, réduisant la dépendance aux systèmes existants. • Alignement de multiples directions métiers & techniques, accélérant l’adoption produit et sécurisant le delivery. • Transformation d’un environnement fragmenté en un véritable outil de pilotage opérationnel & stratégique.

Here's my submission guys! It is a little app that lets users submit alerts if they lose their cat and communities to be on the loop and help finding them. I used Gemini, Stitch and Google AI studio to build this complete prototype in just a day. Quite the testament of how powerful and accessible these technologies are.
