Instabrand Academy was a full Kajabi course launch built from the ground up and remains a foundational project in my career. The goal was to create a clear, premium learning experience with a strong offer structure and simple student journey.
The project started with curriculum planning and offer mapping, followed by custom brand and website design. Everything was built directly inside Kajabi without pre-made templates, including the site, course structure, lessons, sales page, checkout, and email automations.
The launch followed Amy Porterfield’s Digital Course Academy framework and enrolled 40+ students in the first 48 hours. This project reflects how I still work today: strategy first, custom design, and hands-on execution from idea to launch. Instabrand Academy — The Launch That Started It All
Instabrand Academy was the Kajabi launch that started my career 5+ years ago. My wife and I created her course, Fashion Brand Formula, completely from scratch and spent months designing the brand, structuring the curriculum, building the Kajabi site, and dialing in the funnel and checkout.
We followed Amy Porterfield’s Digital Course Academy framework and enrolled 40+ students in the first 48 hours.
Since that first launch, I’ve helped 200+ clients build courses, memberships, and full Kajabi ecosystems, and have supported projects that have generated millions in revenue on the platform.
Instabrand Academy is still one of my favorite projects because it represents how I work today: custom design, thoughtful strategy, and a hands-on approach from idea to launch. Steelefit — Kajabi Audit, Platform Optimization & Branded App Build
This project began with a full audit of Steelefit’s existing Kajabi setup, identifying opportunities to improve structure, usability, and performance across the website and courses.
From there, I rebuilt key areas of the Kajabi platform, refining the site layout, optimizing course organization, and improving the overall member experience. The goal was to support a growing fitness brand with a cleaner, more scalable Kajabi system.
The project also included building and supporting Steelefit’s Kajabi Branded App, giving members a dedicated mobile experience aligned with the brand’s high-performance, science-driven identity.

This project involved a complete redesign and rebuild of the Kim Lyons Fitness Kajabi ecosystem, including the marketing website, custom course and product templates, sales funnels, checkout and payment flows, automations, and an integrated Kajabi Community, resulting in a cohesive, high-converting platform built to support ongoing content expansion, member engagement, and long-term business growth.
