Complex Program Operations | Defense Training I supported operations for the Defense Strategic Debriefing Course (DSDC) in a high-trust DoD contracting environment, working directly with the course’s three senior leaders and supporting the day-to-day requirements of a specialized training program. The role required coordinating student training operations, schedules, logistics, information, and the competing requirements necessary to keep the program moving reliably in an environment where discretion and operational accuracy mattered.

Conducted confidential research supporting a sensitive Chairman-level initiative for a leading global investment banking institution. Early in my career, I was retained to conduct confidential research in support of a sensitive internal initiative originating at the Chairman’s level of a leading global investment banking institution. The assignment required independent research, careful handling of sensitive information, and absolute discretion regarding both the work and the circumstances surrounding it. I delivered the requested research into the executive initiative while maintaining complete confidentiality—a standard that has remained central throughout my work in high-trust environments.

Pre-Launch Risk Mitigation: A major national brokerage firm was preparing an enterprise-wide product launch when I was asked to conduct a final review of the materials prior to release. During that review, I identified a potential conflict-of-interest issue that had remained unresolved through the development and approval process. I raised the concern before launch, allowing it to be examined and addressed before the product reached market. The intervention prevented a known compliance issue from becoming a post-launch regulatory, financial, and reputational problem. The value of the work was not in adding another layer of process. It was in providing one final, independent examination of what everyone else had already seen—and noticing what had been missed.
