The Kingdom of CUT commands the Ashlands, a volcanic territory of lava rivers and lightning storms, where Shapers tear reality apart and rebuild it through raw force. Their emblem is an armored fist gripping a blade through a thorned C, representing will, disruption, and relentless transformation. Between them lies The Confluence—a spiral vortex where the Prophecy declares that only when Seer and Shaper act together can the Frame Eternal truly open. The brand retains CapCut’s spirit of creative duality: the tension between capturing a moment and transforming it, translated into a complete fantasy visual system. I built LENTE — a photography OS designed to fix what actually breaks the workflow: delivery, not shooting. Photographers already do the hard part. The problem is everything after. So I designed a system where: • Photographers manage sessions and clients in one dashboard • Clients book sessions and receive private gallery links instantly • Delivery becomes a beautiful experience, not a zip file • Feedback, downloads, and favorites live inside a shared space • A public portfolio doubles as a booking engine And there’s a character inside the product: Lente. It appears when a client opens their gallery for the first time: “Your moments are ready. Open them when you’re ready.” It also shows up in empty states, reminds about pending deliveries, and celebrates completed sessions — making the product feel less like software and more like a guided experience. The idea came from watching how photographers lose time (and clients) after the shoot — not because of quality, but because of fragmented tools and cold delivery flows. Finding Powerful Insights in a Simple Report You don’t need complex software to see the "hidden" story behind the numbers. Using standard Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, AVG), I turned a messy SKU list into a clear Inventory Report that reveals exactly where money is being lost. Three key insights from this Inventory Report: ⚠️ The Capital Trap: We have $7.4M tied up in stock, but $4.5M of that is "frozen" in slow-moving items. 🚨 Revenue at Risk: We’re risking $350K in monthly sales because we're stocking the wrong items. 📊 The Efficiency Gap: Only 27% of our inventory is "Healthy." The rest is either dangerously low or excessively high. This report is about moving from "guessing" to "knowing." By cleaning the data and adding simple Slicers, we created a tool that protects revenue and optimizes Cash Flow.
