The goal was to compile, in a fun, standardized, and concise way, all the tools this platform offers. In a project like this, order, objectives, and direction — those pre-production bullet points — really come into play when it’s time to deliver.

In collaboration with MadewellAI, I created the motion design for this engaging explainer video. Our primary objective was to develop premium, modern, enterprise-grade motion graphics that felt custom-made, featuring a minimal aesthetic cohesive with the Madewell brand and website, and inspired by Callaway’s motion style. After three days of intensive animation work, we arrived at this final product. The project was challenging, as we needed to communicate complex and highly technical aspects of the sales process in a way that would resonate with both experienced marketers and those new to sales. I’m very pleased with the result and grateful for the opportunity to experiment with tools such as HandyCam, Newton 4, and Connect Layers Pro.

I created this experiment after recently buying a Suunto Race 2. Although it has a friendly interface, I felt it could be more fun. Can you believe this animated file is only 120 KB? I built this small interactive animation in @Rive, giving the character the ability to enter, exit, and even interact with the user while you browse your widgets or choose which sport you want to track. Additionally, the character is fully customizable through “Data Binding” and, thanks to the new scripting feature, already includes the ability to retrieve the time from your device and display it automatically — without requiring any extra programming. So this is my entry for the Rive Challenge. Many things come into play in this exercise—from having the mouse tracked by graphic elements to making texts react when the cursor hovers over them. I worked on animations that would be very difficult for animators to implement, but with Rive they become a piece of cake.
