Their real strength is helping organizations bridge the gap between systems and real-life human challenges. Transportation issues. Housing instability. Food access. Childcare barriers. Mental health strain. Resource navigation. Workplace stress. These issues do not stay “personal.” They eventually show up inside organizations through absenteeism, burnout, communication breakdowns, and turnover. That’s why CHWs are becoming an important part of workforce stabilization and community support strategies. The organizations adapting best right now are the ones recognizing that operational stability and human stability are connected. Strong systems still require supported people.

I developed a custom AI-powered communication and civic engagement assistant designed to support educational outreach, structured discussions, and community-focused communication workflows.
