Currently, OCC managers rely on fragmented legacy systems, manually reconciling data from Flight Planning, Crew Management, and Engineering. This leads to reactive decision-making. The industry is moving toward "Intelligent Operations" using Generative AI to transition from monitoring disruptions to predicting and resolving them. The goal is a system that augments human decision-making with simulation and regulatory compliance checks.
