Crystal Construction Engineering — Behind-the-Scenes Brand Reel Edited a behind-the-scenes video reel for Crystal Construction Engineering, spanning both commercial and residential projects, designed to build brand awareness and show the craftsmanship behind their work. Using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, I handled pacing, color grading, transitions, and sound syncing to turn raw site footage into a polished, scroll-stopping reel giving the brand a professional, trustworthy presence online while pulling back the curtain on how the work actually gets done. The reel performed well, generating strong views and engagement and helping position the brand in front of a wider audience. What I delivered: Behind-the-scenes storytelling across commercial and residential projects Color grading for a sharp, professional finish Sound/music syncing for pacing and engagement Platform-optimized formatting (9:16, captions-ready)

Cover image for Building an Automated E-Commerce Order

Building an Automated E-Commerce Order Verification Agent with n8n and AI I designed and implemented an automated Order Status & Returns Agent using n8n to eliminate manual verification tasks in customer support. Core Architecture & Workflow: Data Extraction: Google Gemini parses unstructured customer chat messages to isolate Order IDs and email addresses. Structured Output Parsing: Enforces strict JSON schemas to ensure reliable data mapping across downstream nodes. Database Verification: Cross-checks customer credentials against a Google Sheets database in real time. Knowledge Retrieval: Utilizes a Pinecone Vector Store for RAG-based search and contextual query handling. Dynamic Customer Response: Uses conditional routing to generate formatted, real-time status updates. Key Business Outcome: This setup fully automates order lookups, reduces manual support workload, and guarantees structured data handling across system nodes. If you are looking to integrate intelligent AI agents or automate customer support workflows, feel free to reach out.
