This time, I explored a dedicated testimonial section.

I think I like carousel better. Scroll appear just seems a bit chaotic.

This depends a lot on how many testimonials you want to show and if you want users to read them in detail. A scroll interaction helps guide people through the testimonials you’re sharing, assuming that’s the intention.
That’s a fair point. Intent and content depth really matter here.

usability wise the scroll version is better as it isnt asking users to make additional clicks to move forward
That’s a good point from a usability perspective.
I prefer the Scroll appear version! It feels more organic as the user moves down the page and keeps the engagement high without requiring an extra click.
