🦷Custom Scheduling Calendar for a Dental Clinic Network
A chain of dental clinics needed a smarter way to plan their year. They wanted to set up a 4-week schedule and have the system automatically generate the remaining 48 weeks, following the same rotation pattern.
I built a custom Excel solution with a clean, functional design — featuring 12 monthly tabs, each showing who’s on duty, who’s off, and at which location they’re working.
The result: a fully automated yearly calendar that saves time, eliminates manual updates, and keeps every clinic in sync. 🗓️✨
