As a freelancer over the last decade I've learned that what you do never defines who you are. I've done social media, community, project management, and now I freelance as a pilot! Each job has helped define and identify who I want to be as a person and individual. Each iteration has helped me excel and grow as a human. Now moving from freelancing into hiring and finding freelancers is a whole new evolution and learning experience! What has been your best lesson you've learned so far?
