Notepod — Lecture notes, merged by AI, so your whole class studies together.
THE PROBLEM
Every student catches a different part of a lecture. One writes down the definitions, another captures the worked examples, and someone misses the exact moment the professor explains the hardest concept.
After class, those notes are scattered across notebooks, phone photos, and group chats. When exams approach, everyone studies from an incomplete picture.
I built Notepod because I’ve experienced this firsthand. We’ve all seen the endless “Can someone send me Tuesday’s notes?” messages, followed by a blurry photo of half a page.
WHAT NOTEPOD DOES
Notepod turns an entire class into a collaborative learning system. Students upload their individual notes, and AI combines them into one comprehensive study guide that’s more complete than any single student’s notes.
Study rooms: Create a room for each course or join a classmate’s room with a short code. Track lecture sessions, members, and who's online.
Quick uploads: Snap photos of notebooks or whiteboards, or upload files. No retyping required.
AI-merged notes: AI combines everyone's uploads for each lecture, removes duplicates, fills gaps using information from other students' notes, and organizes everything into a clean, topic-based guide with highlighted key terms.
Personal gap report: My favorite feature. Notepod compares your notes against the merged guide, showing what you missed and which classmates captured it. You can see your knowledge gaps instead of guessing.
Auto quizzes: Generate a quiz from each lecture's merged notes and get instant feedback on your answers.
Flashcards: Automatically turn merged notes into flashcards. Flip through them or export the entire deck to Anki as a CSV in one tap.
Exam Prep: Analyze all the lectures in a course and generate a prioritized cram sheet, helping you focus on the most important material first.
Topic map: Visualize how concepts connect across the course, from trees and graphs to recursion and sorting, instead of studying each lecture in isolation.
Streaks and leaderboard: Reward consistent participation with daily streaks and a top-contributors board, encouraging everyone to contribute.

Built entirely on Base44: entities with owner-only security, 27 backend functions, Google Calendar and Gmail connectors so each user connects their own account, InvokeLLM for the notes, and an hourly workflow for the heads-up and welcome-back emails. I tested it on my own calendar: the meetings moved, the notes landed, and undo put everything back.
The design is a "Signal Room": one glowing red cord on an LED wall. It works on your phone, one-handed, from bed.

I love the Automated replies from the bot
Pulen is a take-a-number app for a roti mochi bakery in Bandung. The bakery is fictional, the problem is real: the line starts at 6:40, people wait 45 minutes, and the cheese one sells out before nine.
You fill a box from home and pay, and your number only exists once the card clears, so nobody can hold buns with a fake order. Your paper ticket follows the oven and tells you when to start walking. In the kitchen, every tray of 36 is planned from paid boxes first. Unpaid holds, missed boxes, sold-out flavours and the owner's closing summary with an AI suggestion all run on their own.

I'd test the last cheese bun with two payments completing at once. Does Pulen reserve stock during checkout and release it on expiry, or allocate only after payment with a refund path if that flavour has sold out?
