As AI agents multiply across enterprise workflows, teams lose visibility fast. The Solution: We designed FinSight a dark-mode AI operations dashboard that acts as a true control room for teams running AI agents at scale. A yellow accent on a near-black canvas creates urgency and focus, making critical metrics like latency spikes, cost overruns, and compliance gaps impossible to miss.
What we focused on:

Live Runs Stream: Real-time agent activity table Claims-Checker, KYC-Validator, Fraud-Monitor with timestamps, latency, and Live/Closed status badges.
30-Day Cost Forecast: $3,890 projected spend with a segmented budget bar and 87% confidence score keeping finance and ops fully aligned.
Compliance Pulse: A bold 94% policy coverage gauge with per-record status tags Active, Draft, Under Review across Data Privacy, Approval Gates, and Security Training.
Quick Action Bar: New Agent, Connect Data, Review Approval, and View Workspace shortcuts built into the header for zero-friction operations.
Onboarding Checklist: A progressive Getting Started panel guiding teams from workspace setup to full AI agent deployment from day one.
