This project showcases a custom VTuber character design, 2d model and rigging created with a cute, colorful anime-inspired aesthetic. The character features detailed hair, expressive facial features, custom clothing, accessories, and a playful bear-inspired theme.
The project focused on creating a visually appealing character with a strong personality while preparing the model for smooth animation and expressive movement. From the initial character concept through modeling and rigging, each element was carefully developed to create an engaging virtual avatar suitable for streaming, content creation, and VTuber experiences.
HeyMilo a recruitment platform needed a demonstration of how it worked and with animation that matched the UI. This I did provided for their webpage.
Did you rebuild the UI in After Effects or animate from the real components? Rebuilding always moves nicer, but then the product ships a redesign and the demo quietly goes stale — that's the part I've never solved cleanly on product explainers.
