You'll never convince me that AI is only capable of producing what people dismiss as "AI slop."
This website was designed with AI involved from start to finish, but here's the difference between me and most people using these tools:
I know how to communicate with the model.
AI didn't design this on its own. I directed it every step of the way. I told it exactly what to build, how to structure it, what design patterns to follow, and what outcome I wanted. The biggest challenge for most people isn't the technology. It's not knowing the terminology, design principles, or implementation details needed to guide the AI effectively.
My workflow looked like this:
- Started in Claude Design
- Moved the designs into Figma
- Used the Claude Code connection between Figma and Framer
- Had Claude Code read the Figma dev file
- Implemented everything in Framer while adapting it to Framer's requirements, layout system, and responsive breakpoints
Could I have built this directly in Framer? Absolutely.
In fact, I think it's important to know the traditional way of doing things because AI credits aren't unlimited, and there will always be situations where you need to step in and do the work yourself.
But when I want to rapidly explore ideas, validate concepts, and see how something could come together, AI completely changes the equation.
This entire process took about three hours from concept to finished site. Building the same thing natively in Framer would have likely taken me two days or more.
AI isn't replacing expertise. It's amplifying it. The better you understand design, development, and communication, the better results you'll get. That's why two people can use the exact same AI tools and end up with completely different outcomes.

With Norvo mostly built and moving into testing beta testing. Its was time to start on the website and marketing assets.
This always takes more time than people think. I always position the product before I even build the platform, then throughout development, I let that positioning refine and become clearer, so when it's time to design assets, I know exactly where to start.
GTM when there are already established competitors in that space makes life much easier. As a user of other products, I know the limitations and missed opportunities, I can improve my stack to be more efficient and better value, even cheaper. I can focus on those differentiators and explore new ways of connecting to Framer from onboarding, all the way through the product.
