Duoflow - Personal Finance & Budget Management Dashboard
Most people have money moving in multiple directions salary, freelance, investments, rent, subscriptions with no single view that shows the full picture. Existing finance tools either oversimplify with pie charts or overwhelm with spreadsheet-style data. Neither actually helps users feel in control of their money.
The Solution: We designed Duoflow a dark-mode personal finance dashboard that gives users total visibility over revenue, savings, expenses, and income sources in one unified view. A yellow-green accent on a deep black canvas creates a bold, high-energy feel that makes financial data feel empowering rather than stressful.
What we focused on:
Three-Metric Header: Total Revenue, Total Saving, and Monthly Expense displayed as bold top-line numbers with percentage change badges — the full financial snapshot in one row.
Category Waveform Bar: A unique horizontal waveform visualization breaks spending across Rent & Utilities, Groceries, Debt Repayment, Subscriptions, and Savings Account making budget distribution feel visual and immediate.
Payment Method Filter: All, Cash, Check, Wire Transfer, Mobile Payment, Cryptocurrency, and Gift Card tabs let users slice transactions by how money moves, not just where it goes.
Budget Usage Split: A clean three-segment bar showing 50% Unused, 30% Used, and 20% Reserved against a $50,734 total gives instant budget health clarity.
Income Sources Panel: Salary ($15,300), Freelance ($9,750), and Investment ($11,200) broken out alongside a dot-matrix chart showing June vs. July income trends.
Transaction Table: User avatars, descriptions, creation dates, and amounts in a clean readable row format making recent activity feel personal, not transactional.
