Every shadow, stitch, corner radius, and pocket was refined until it felt believable.
Qantas has four kids' characters buried in coloring books. A kangaroo, a koala, a galah, an emu. Simple shapes, forgotten in the seat pocket.
I rebuilt them the way Hermès would build a plush toy. Visible weave, embroidered eyes, seams that show the craft. Then I put them on the first nonstop Sydney-to-London flight and made a film about their first big trip.
Written, designed, and produced end-to-end in-house. One director, an AI pipeline, a world of hangars, tarmacs and golden-hour skies.
Every brand has an asset like this sitting in a drawer.
