What I did:
AI Assistant — chat interface where users describe a task and the AI builds the automation, with proactive, impact-ranked suggestions
Integrations hub — searchable library of one-click connections (Calendar, Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
Analytics dashboard — automations run, hours saved, and conversion rate at a glance
Result: A chat-first flow that felt far less intimidating than traditional automation builders in user testing, driving most new automations created.

I built the North Star Support Bot as a simple customer support chatbot for an outdoor apparel and camping gear business. It helps customers track orders, understand return and shipping policies, get product recommendations, and connect with a simulated live agent. I also added fallback handling and support for different ways users might ask the same question. The chatbot uses mock data provided in the project requirements and can be tested without any API keys or paid services.
