Trial Processors/Survey Takers-Lead to High Paying Positions
We are selecting motivated U.S.-based professionals After the Trial Period if you meet the requirements for Customer Service, Appointment Setting, Cold Calling, and Phone Survey roles across established home service campaigns, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, windows, and more.
This is a remote opportunity for confident communicators who can handle real conversations, build trust with customers, and deliver strong results.
Trial Process
Before moving to the final position, all candidates must complete a trial process to evaluate their current communication skills, professionalism, confidence, and ability to handle live calls.
Communication and speaking style will be reviewed
Ability to follow scripts and instructions will be checked
Confidence in handling customer conversations will be evaluated
Strong performers will move to the final meeting with our team
Final position offered after successful trial completion
After Each Call, Submit
Call time
Call duration
Short summary of the conversation
Appointment booked or call result
Requirements
Must be located in the United States
Must have a real U.S. mobile number
Strong English communication skills
Friendly, professional, and confident speaking style
Experience in customer service, appointment setting, or cold calling is a plus
Able to follow scripts and instructions
Ready to start immediately
What You’ll Do When you are Hired after Trial Period
Make outbound and follow-up calls in a professional way
Set appointments for interested customers
Handle customer service calls with patience and confidence
Use provided scripts while keeping conversations natural
Understand customer needs and service requests
Build trust and create a positive customer experience
Complete survey calls when required
Submit simple call reports after each shift
Pay
Trial as Survey Taker for 2 or 3 days  depending on your progress, after trial period we were pay $30-50 per hour
With Bonuses Earning up to $60 per hour based on performance
